A row of glowing arcade joysticks on the studio's test wall
Three people, three games

Players ask where they already hang out.

Forge answers what a game costs, what the last patch changed, whether anything is down, and what a signed-in player owns — live on this page tonight, and shown here exactly as it reads in the studio's #support channel.

What the studio has shipped

Three releases, every price and build number current. Forge answers from exactly this list — including the one that is not finished yet.

Lit cave formations, the drowned caves Lumen Drift is set in

Lumen Drift

Atmospheric puzzle-platformer · about 9 hours

Carry the last light down through a drowned cave system. No combat and no timer — the light is the puzzle, and it burns down as you use it.

  • Build 1.8.2 · released November 2024
  • Runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, handheld PC
$19.99Finished
A misty winter forest, the dying woodland of the Ironroot Tactics campaign

Ironroot Tactics

Turn-based tactics · runs of 40–90 minutes

Six squads, one dying forest, permanent losses. Every run reshuffles the map and the enemy doctrine, so no two campaigns rhyme.

  • Build 2.3.0 · released June 2025
  • Runs on Windows, Linux, handheld PC · 2-player hotseat
$24.99Finished
Desert dunes late in the day, the stages Sundog Rally races across

Sundog Rally

Arcade rally racer · weekly leaderboards

Eleven desert stages, one car you rebuild between runs, and a sun that sets while you drive. Stages 12–16 and the replay editor are still to come.

  • Build 0.9.4 · first out July 2026
  • Runs on Windows, macOS
$14.99Early access

Who makes them

Small enough that the person who fixed it answers you

Pixelforge Games is three people above a seaside arcade: one designer, one engineer, one who does art and everything else. There is no publisher and no support tier — a bug report goes into the same weekly triage the next build comes out of.

What changed, and when

The last five releases. Ask about any line of it and Forge searches these notes rather than guessing at what an update "probably" fixed.

  • Lumen Drift 1.8.2

    Save integrity + ultrawide

    5 Sep 2026
    • Fixed a save corruption that could strip Chapter 4 lantern upgrades when the game was closed from the pause menu during an autosave.
    • Ultrawide (21:9 and 32:9) now letterboxes cutscenes instead of cropping the top of the frame.
    • Linux: fixed a crash on launch with no PulseAudio server running.
  • Sundog Rally 0.9.4

    Stage 11 + wheel support

    9 Sep 2026
    • Stage 11, Saltpan Run, is in.
    • Force-feedback wheels are supported; the rebind screen reads pedal axes correctly.
    • Known issue: replays recorded before 0.9.4 will not load — the format changed and the editor is still being built.
  • Ironroot Tactics 2.3.0

    The Bramble Accord

    28 Aug 2026
    • New squad: the Bramble Accord, four units built around terrain denial.
    • Enemy doctrine now rerolls between acts, so a run can change shape at the halfway point.
    • Fixed hotseat desync when both players undid a move in the same turn.

Services, right now

  • Cloud saves Operational
  • Leaderboards Degraded
  • Key redemption Operational
  • Store & checkout Operational
  • Patch delivery Operational

Sundog Rally weekly boards have been recalculating since 08:20 UTC. Times are being recorded, they are just slow to appear.

A faithful preview

Read the #support channel before the server exists

Pixelforge Games' community server is not connected yet — so this is neither a recording nor a mock-up. The window below wraps the exact live assistant in the chrome of a Discord channel, so you can read the conversation the way a player would after typing in #support.

Live assistant · no server connected yet

Everything in this window runs on Forge's real brain, the same three games, the same patch notes and the same tools as the sections above — only the wrapper is a channel's. Ask what changed in a build, report a bug, or ask for a person, right here.

This becomes a real invite soon

The "Join our Discord" button above does the same thing until the server is connected — it scrolls here. No invite link is invented in the meantime.

#supportForge answers here · a person joins the same thread when you ask
Loading the live conversation…

What changes once the server is connected

The same brain, knowledge and tools as the window above — just reached the way a community app actually delivers a message.

1

A player posts first

Someone writes in #support, or mentions the studio's bot. The player always opens the conversation; the studio never posts into a thread unasked.

2

The gateway delivers it

The message arrives over the app's own gateway, its signature is checked, and it becomes a visitor turn with the same tool floor as the chat on this page — no platform tool ever reaches a player.

3

Forge answers in the thread

A patch note, a status line, a bug card or a hand-off — posted as a threaded reply, so the channel stays readable and a developer can pick the thread up where it stopped.

Under the hood

Ten capabilities, each with its own guide

What this page really does, block by block, and the exact doc for putting the same on your own site.

The chat, from one script tag

The bubble in the corner and the channel window above are one live product on a workspace of its own; a single line of HTML put it here.

Try: "What do you make?"
How to add this to your site →

Grounded in the studio's own words

The games, the patch notes and the refund policy above were published to the workspace as text. Answers quote them; anything outside gets an honest "I don't know".

Try: "Did you ever fix the ultrawide cropping?"
How to add this to your site →

It can work the page

Five actions are registered on this page over WebMCP — list the games, search the notes, check the services, read a signed-in library, open the bug form. Ask for one and watch it run.

Try: "Search the notes for 'hotseat'."
How to add this to your site →

It reaches the systems behind the page

Pixelforge runs a small MCP server of its own, connected to the workspace. The catalogue, the notes and the status board come from there over HTTPS — the same answer in a channel as in this tab.

How to add this to your site →

It asks with a card, not a questionnaire

Say something broke and a form opens inside the chat — which game, which platform, what happened, an email, one button — instead of four questions in a row.

Try: "Sundog Rally freezes loading an old replay."
How to add this to your site →

It knows who's asking

Sign in as the demo player below and Forge can read that player's own library, the build they are behind on, and start a refund — for them and nobody else.

Try (signed in): "What do I own, and can I refund any of it?"
How to add this to your site →

A developer can take over

Ask for a person and the thread lands in the studio's inbox mid-conversation — the same hand-off works in a channel once one is connected, no restart and no ticket number.

Try: "My key stopped working after a refund — talk to a person."
How to add this to your site →

Useful before anyone signs in

Signed out, the catalogue, the prices, every patch note, the service board and a bug report all still work — for a player and for any agent. Only a library and a refund wait for a signed-in proof of who's asking.

Try: "What's the cheapest one, and is it finished?"
How to add this to your site →

Readable without a browser

An agent that never renders this page can still work with it: a plain-text brief, a tool manifest, the whole corpus in one request, and the live schema behind every action.

The six layers, checked →

Honest about the channel

The window above is labelled for exactly what it is at any moment: the real assistant in a faithful frame, and a real invite only once a server is actually connected — never an invented link.

See every channel's real status →

Two checkers grade any address, this page included: one scores how ready a site is for AI agents, the other lists the tools a page publishes.

Sign in and Forge already has your library

A throwaway demo player is provided — no password, no real person, no real purchase.

Signed out — Forge only sees what a guest can see.

Demo player: Kai Moreno, tag kaim#4471 — owns Lumen Drift (receipt PF-40271), Ironroot Tactics (PF-41188, one build behind) and Sundog Rally (PF-41903, bought three days ago, 0.6 hours played, so it is still inside the refund window). A throwaway public demo identity, not a real person.

Stuck on something

Reaching the three of us

Forge answers first, at any hour, and hands over to whoever is at the desk the moment you ask for a person — in the same conversation, with everything you already said still there.

A headset on a lit desk, where the studio answers players
One desk, three people, and a chat that never sleeps
Before you write in

A few things players ask first

Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of buying, if the game has been played for less than two hours. Outside that, ask anyway — a person at the studio still reads it.
Is Sundog Rally finished?
No, and the price says so. Eleven of sixteen stages are in, the replay editor is not, and old replays stopped loading in 0.9.4 when the format changed.
Do your games run on a handheld PC?
Lumen Drift and Ironroot Tactics do, with handheld-sized text since 2.2.7. Sundog Rally does not yet.
I bought a key from a reseller — is it supported?
Yes. Redeem it on the studio's key service and the refund window runs from the redemption date instead.
Will you tell me what you are working on next?
Forge will not — the studio announces a new game when there is a build to show, not before.
